Waitrose Connect is an Extranet site that enables suppliers to collaborate with Waitrose.
Suppliers can submit new product for inclusion in the Waitrose assortment and propose promotions. The information is then passed directly into the Waitrose process control systems for the buyer to review before communicating to the business. Through Waitrose Connect the supplier is able to follow the progress of a new line or promotion proposal and view the associated sales figures.
Suppliers administer who in their organisation is given access to the site and thus control their own security.
